How can I pay for my reservation?

Through bank transfer / Bizum you can make the reservation. You can pay at reception on the day of arrival in cash or by transfer.

If I want to extend or modify my stay?

You can request it via email or by calling the phone number that appears on our website.

How many people can occupy my reserved apartment?

You can check it in the description of each type of apartment

Can I reserve a cot or extra bed?

Yes, you can book a cot on request. You can indicate it in the reservation or by email. We do not have extra beds but some apartments have a sofa bed. You can contact us by email or phone.

Cancellations

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. You will have to pay the full price of the stay if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date. These conditions may vary according to season and will be visible in your reservation made.

How to get to Casa Palacio Sur?

We are located in the old town of El Puerto de Santa María and on a street next to the Plaza de Toros, so if you come by car and use GPS, we recommend writing on it 

"Plaza de Toros", as it is the closest place that you can access with your car. 

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car for free in the Plaza de Toros car park, where it has a capacity of nearly a thousand vehicles.

From what time can I check-in / check-out?

The check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. In case you would arrive later than 8:00 p.m., please let us know so we can organize your check-in.

Do I have to inform if I arrive later?

It is mandatory to notify 24 hours in advance. before your arrival. 

Can I deposit my luggage at the reception?

Yes, you can deposit your luggage at the reception from 1:00 p.m.

What documentation do I have to show at check-in?

The day you travel, do not forget your identification card (passport if necessary) and the confirmation of the reservation that you have received by email to deliver it upon arrival at reception.

Can I smoke in the common areas and/or apartments?

No, smoking is totally prohibited in all the facilities and apartments.

Are pets allowed?

We know how important it is for you to travel with your pet but, for safety and hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot admit pets in our facilities.

Can I have parties/events in the apartments?

It is strictly forbidden to hold parties in the apartments, and in case of non-compliance the police will be notified and we reserve the right to evict you from the establishment.

Is there a cleaning service and change of towels/sheets?

No, the change is made on request, and you can request daily cleaning also on request and at an additional cost.

Bars or restaurants near the apartments?

We are located in a very central area of ​​El Puerto de Santa María, so a few meters from the establishment we find many places to drink or restaurants to spend a pleasant moment.
